YAGUAJAY Terrace is located in the small and typical town of Yaguajay. Rich in history and folklore, close to the best blue beaches in the Caribbean and surrounded by the most beautiful fields on the island. An idyllic, quiet, absolutely typical place (uncontaminated by the influence of tourism), surprising for the beauty of its simplicity and for the spectacular nearby offer. It is a perfect place to stop along the way (especially when you are one of those travelers who move from end to end of Cuba), but it is also a surprisingly strategic enclave (and completely unknown to organized groups, which will allow you discover another corner of the authentic Cuba).
From here you can get to know Rancho Querete (excursion with guides, different nature tours, sighting and observation of migratory and endemic birds); you will be able to visit the Caves of Valdés and La Solapa de Genaro; You can go to the El Pelú de Mayajigua Recreational Center (hiking tours, observation and photography of its magnificent flora, interaction with the fauna, or bathe in the river; as well as visit the La Picadora Community (an agroecological farm, so you can learn a little more about how they cultivate in Cuba.) Likewise, you can take an excursion to the Caguanes National Park and its Biosphere Reserve (the excursion includes transportation by cart and tractor, visit to caves and appreciation of coastal management).
You will be surprised and you will not have time to see so many interesting and enjoyable things (for very little money).

Home
A family home, spacious, bright and intimate. The hosts live on the ground floor. On the upper floor there are two comfortable, functional, practical and very quiet rooms. Each one has its own private bathroom, fan, air conditioning, exit to the terraces, fridge and hairdryer.

Gastronomic service
Breakfasts: A good, generous breakfast, enough to start the day with strength. We recommend you book it together with the accommodation.
Lunches and dinners: home cooking, familiar flavor, Creole dishes and fresh products from the countryside, market and season. Hearty servings, generous garnish, and rock-bottom prices. Highly recommended (you agree on the menu with the owners and pay according to the cost of the main course). Approximate prices: 10 USD per person. Food made with love, so you have to suck your fingers!
